Jingke air conditioning hand model

This is an air conditioner appearance prototype made by Beijing Jingke in cooperation with China Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute. Before the prototype is made, Jingke communicated with the customer to confirm the appearance and functional requirements of the product, and analyzed and reviewed the original data. The customer requires the product to have uniform and reasonable clearance fit, realize lamp effect and blade rotation function, and achieve simulation effect for each component. In order to meet the customer's requirements, the Beijing branch board production team and the programmers designed some small mechanisms to meet the rotation function during the drawing removal process. the product size is large, especially to prevent the processing deformation problem. After the white mold is made, the customer comes to the factory to match the color and set the effect. the upper cover part of the front is sprayed with metal-like effect paint and high-gloss paint, which requires fine manual processing and skilled and professional spraying technology, after all the surface effects are made, the manual assembly master and the quality inspection and packaging personnel worked overtime to complete the final work of this product that satisfied the customers.
