The inspection fixture designer uses UG, CATIA, Pro/E, AutoCAD and other software to work out a simple and reasonable inspection fixture scheme according to the inspection requirements of the decorative strip to ensure the lightweight and precision of the inspection fixture.

This set of decorative strip inspection tool uses positioning blocks and inspection plates to determine the outline of the decorative strip, and uses a stop gauge to judge whether the decorative strip is qualified. The inspection plates are hinged, and it is not easy to confuse multiple inspection plates. The overall trim gauge is relatively small and does not need lifting rings, so handles are arranged on both sides for convenient handling.
