We will also strictly check the products injected by the mold for rubber parts, and whether there are bubbles or defects on the surface to ensure the demand of customer products. In the assembly process, we always make the matching clearance and steps uniform and reasonable, the surface painting and plastic spraying effects should be consistent, and there should be no color difference. In order to assist customers to solve the problem of unevenness of internal unevenness of assembly screen, we have made tools for free several times and provided them to customers. In the process of cabinet assembly, in order to avoid the problems of gap and uneven steps, we also use the simple tools made to control and adjust until the product quality standard satisfactory to customers is reached.
