The materials used in the hand model are the following:

1. ABS board (acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymer)

Is a high strength, good toughness, easy processing molding thermoplastic. Because of its high strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, it is often used as an instrument shell.

2. Acrylic sheet (PMMA, polymethyl methacrylate)

Commonly known as organic glass, weather resistance and good acid and alkali resistance, long life, good light transmission, strong anti-impact, excellent insulation performance, light weight, convenient maintenance, easy to clean.

3.POM board (POM)

Commonly known as Sai steel plate, high mechanical strength, strong rigidity, high hardness, excellent elasticity, sliding and wear resistance, good creep resistance, even at low temperatures, still has good strength and dimensional stability. Excellent mechanical properties, widely used in all kinds of sliding rotating machinery, compact parts, gears, bearings, etc., used in automotive, electronics, medical, machinery, sports equipment and other fields.

4. Nylon board (PA, polyamide)

High mechanical strength, stiffness, hardness, toughness, good aging resistance, good mechanical shock absorption ability, good sliding, wear resistance and machining performance. Widely used in wear parts, transmission parts, home appliance parts, automobile manufacturing parts, screw mechanical parts, chemical machinery parts, chemical equipment, etc.

5.PC board (polycarbonate)

PC is an engineering plastic with excellent electrical insulation, extensibility, dimensional stability and chemical resistance, high strength, heat resistance and cold resistance, strong alkali and ultraviolet resistance, weak acid resistance, neutral oil resistance, self-extinguishing, flame retardant, non-toxic, colorable and so on. It is often used for wide-wave light transmission optical instruments, environmentally friendly communication appliances, automotive devices with surface metal effect, food utensils with low residual harmful substances, medical devices with anti-cracking and embrittlement, and control panels, remote sensing panels, liquid crystal display windows, label nameplates, membrane switches, capacitor media of electric utensils, etc.

6.PP board (polypropylene)

PP board has the characteristics of light weight, uniform thickness, smooth surface, good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and electrical insulation, non-toxic and so on. It is widely used in chemical utensils, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, food packaging, medical drugs and other fields. Thick PP plates can be used for stamping plates, stamping pads, etc., and the use temperature can reach 100 degrees.

7.PU (Thermosetting Polyurethane Elastomer)

Commonly known as Youli rubber and spring rubber, it has good properties such as chemical corrosion resistance, tensile strength, high elasticity, high pressure load resistance, high wear resistance, high radiation resistance, high strength, high load bearing and shock absorption and buffering. It has high elasticity in a wide hardness range (Shore A10 to D75). The friction of general machinery and equipment from the buffer or shock absorption, is the ideal production model spring.

8. Aluminum plate

It can be used for surface oxidation, wire drawing, etc., and is mostly used as the shell and internal functional parts of the hand model, such as signs, home appliance appearance models, and structural parts of medical products.

9. Board Generation

10. Bakelite (phenolic resin)

It has the characteristics of insulation, not easy to generate static electricity, no water absorption, non-conductive, wear-resistant, high temperature resistance, high strength, etc. It is often used in mechanical and electrical equipment parts with high mechanical performance requirements.
