Beijing Jingke CMM-Benchmark of High Precision Automation

Three-coordinate measurement is a measurement method that measures the three-dimensional coordinates of the zero surface point by using the digital technology that converts the physical object to the CAD model through the mutual movement of the measuring head system and the parts. Three-coordinate measurement has the characteristics of high precision, fast speed, good flexibility, and strong data processing capabilities. It is widely used in the automotive, machinery, aviation, electronics, and hardware industries. It is mainly used for precision detection of the shape, size, tolerance and assembly process of parts. control.

The three-coordinate measuring mechanism is mainly composed of four parts: the host mechanical system, the probe system, the electrical control hardware system and the data processing software system. The measuring elements include: inspection pin, section template, measuring table frame, sliding measuring table, EDC device and auxiliary measuring components, etc. According to the structural form, it can be divided into gantry type three coordinates, bridge type three coordinates, horizontal cantilever type three coordinates and portable three coordinates. The three-coordinate measurement of the assembled inspection tool can quickly and effectively measure the accurate size, shape and position data of the object, and issue a detailed inspection report.

Beijing Jingke Inspection Tools Measurement and Production Company has an independent measurement workshop, including advanced Hexkang full-automatic gantry CMM, full-automatic bridge mobile CMM and Zhongce CMM. Jingke's professional and skilled coordinate surveyors, as well as the constant temperature and humidity in the measuring room, have well ensured the measurement effect of the gauge products.

The correct and reasonable use of three coordinates, need to pay attention to the following aspects:

1. The workpiece to be measured shall be smoothly hoisted and placed without impacting any component of the CMM;

2. Before the workpiece is hoisted, the measuring probe shall be returned to the coordinate origin to reserve a large space for the hoisting position;

3. Establish the correct coordinate system according to the drawing requirements to ensure the accuracy of the measured data.

4. Before installing the parts, confirm the isothermal requirements of the parts and the measuring machine.

5. After the measurement program is set, if the probe is found to interfere with the workpiece, the inflection point should be added.

6. For large and heavy inspection tools, the workbench shall be suspended in time after the measurement to avoid the workbench being in a bearing state for a long time.
